We do concussion baseline testing to help doctors diagnose any head injuries that may occur. The testing begins this week and will continue to the start of the season so do not panic if you cannot get it done this week. It IS something that we require though.
1. All middle school football athletes need a new baseline test done.
2. All new (to the fpd family) varsity football athletes need a new baseline test.
3. All freshmen and juniors need a new baseline test.

Tuesday am: 9, 10, 11
Wednesday am: 9, 10, 11
Thursday pm: 1, 2, 3
5. No charge.
6. You can pick up your tablet in the it office before the test if it is ready. If your tablet is not ready any laptop will do. If you don't have access to a laptop, let me know when you schedule and I will arrange one.
